All users may now remove comments or trackbacks from their own blogs, if they deem these to be inappropriate. This function is meant to keep the comments clear of spam and should only be used as such. To use this new functionality, view the relevant entry (details page) and click on the delete icon (a notepad with a red cross through it) next to the comment or trackback you wish to remove.

Some of you may have experienced some technical problems with the site over the weekend. This was due to us moving to a much faster server, and all these problems should be fixed now. Please bear with us today while we smooth out any remaining issues. The good news is that BusyThumbs can now cope much better with the volume of users and visitors!

BusyThumbs's Trackback functionality has been expanded to allow for greater flexibility. Automatic scanning for Trackback URL in referenced URLs is now an option as opposed to on by default. Alongside that there is now the option to include Trackback URLs to ping manually in your posts, both when you add a post and when you edit one. Soon you will also have the ability to moderate your comments and trackbacks. Stay tuned.
