Disaster Strikes

Looks like we're not immune to major problems either. In a recent technical failure we have lost all user images since 1st Dec. We are currently trying our best to restore those images. Text is unaffected and all your entries are present, but their pictures might be missing. We will be restoring images sent via MMS soon and are working to restore uploading images too. If you find your skin to disrupted, please reset it via the Change Skin option in your control panel. Our sincerest apologies for this major disruption.

Aqualic Goes Black

Aqualic Black is the name of the latest skin to join the ranks. This skin is a darker version of Aqualic Blue, with a black background and soft red highlights.

Deleting Blogs

Many of you have asked how to delete an unwanted blog, and so far the only way was to email support and have them do it. From now on, this feature is available online to blog owners, in the Edit Blog Info section in the control panel. Remember that deleting a blog is irrevocable so use it with care!

Comments & Aqualic Blue

As some of you may have noticed, there was a slight omission in the new Aqualic Blue skin, causing the box to leave comments not to appear. This has now been fixed, so for those concerned, please reset your skin using the Control Panel, or add the XX_POST_COMMENT_XX tag at the appropriate place in your skin. This omission only affects people who chose the Aqualic Blue skin before yesterday. If the box for leaving comments does appear in your blog, you need do nothing.

Two New Skins Live

Stingray and Aqualic Blue are the newest skins to join our line-up. The former is a fairly clean-cut, no-frills skin that still remains very stylish, whereas the latter is more trendy, graphic intensive skin inspired by the famous Macintosh "aqua" effect. Stingray looks best in style 1, and Aqualic Blue looks neatest in style 2 or 3. Remember that if you change your skin in the control panel, any changes you have made manually to your current one will be lost.
